My name is Pastor, Dr. Kimberly Hall - Snowden, I am a Los Angeles, California native. I am CEO and Founder of Clara B. Hall Ministries. Our ministry is a faith based community outreach service for low - income families., foster families, TAY population, At - risk youth, and Disabled Individuals in need of help. I have extensive experience working with these groups. During my tenure, I have been contracted with the Department of Children Services, Department of Mental Health FSP Programs , and Probation Department. I am currently in MA Clinical Psychology program and have worked as a Child and Family Specialist, Certified Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, Case Manager, Parent Partner, Parent Educator, Chemical Dependency Counnselor, Treatment Specialist, Pastor, Teacher, Mentor, DUI Counselor, and Life Skills Coach, and Certified Anger Management Counselor with this experience I have designed and implemented many plans to assist many people in the community in making a positive impact in their day - to - day lives. I also have been privileged to have two additional non - profits along with being on the platform of SOV 106.9 Radio and Roku T.V. with creating my show “Mental Health with Dr. Kim”. I have volunteered at New Harvest Norwalk for over 15 years with Care Ministry, Teen Turnaround, Terrific Two Nursery and Elevate Kids Ministries.
